Sindhu Eye Hospitals
Sindhu Eye Hospitals faced a critical digital crisis when their original website was deleted by a previous agency, leaving them with a live domain but no access to their own files or DNS records. I led the recovery effort to reclaim their digital assets and transitioned the hospital to a custom Next.js architecture. This move away from traditional CMS platforms provided a lightweight, secure, and incredibly fast solution that reflects the professional standards of a growing medical institution.
Project Concept
Digital asset recovery and modernization with a custom Next.js architecture.
The Challenges
The immediate priority was the complex task of tracking down parked DNS records and regaining administrative control over the lost infrastructure. Once access was restored, the challenge was to build a stable, simple to maintain system that could handle patient inquiries without the overhead or security vulnerabilities of a WordPress setup.
The Solutions
After successfully recovering the domain access, I initially developed the site using HTML, CSS, and JS to get them back online quickly. To future proof the platform and maximize performance, I migrated the project to Next.js, creating a high speed environment that excels in Core Web Vitals. This clean, code first approach ensured that the hospital’s digital presence is as precise and reliable as their medical services.
The Results
The hospital now has full ownership of its digital assets and a website that is significantly faster than its predecessor. Combined with basic SEO and targeted Facebook ad campaigns, the new platform is performing exceptionally well, driving consistent patient engagement and providing a seamless experience for those seeking eye care.
